Masterminds may refuse a client our services or withdraw  from continuing to provide our services in the event of any of the following

E       Fails to provide adequate information sought for the conduct of the assignment,

E      Delegates the assignment to incompetent staff who are unable to interact professionally,

E      Fails to be responsive, fails to communicate, delays the progress of the assignment inordinately or without adequate reason,

E      Shows total lack of clarity of communication or communicates ambiguously and creates confusion so that Masterminds may not be able to understand the needs and proceed further with the assignment,

Services may be reinstated and regularized upon alleviating the condition or conditions

that entailed termination or withdrawal to the satisfaction of Masterminds.
