  Policy on Quality of Service

   
 

Quality is the edifice on which we shall build, develop and execute the assignments we accept.

Everybody claims to deliver Quality but in reality a lot of compromises are made. Therefore, we must

define what we mean by quality and how or on what basis the quality will be measured. Thus, the

quality of our service shall be measured against the following nine-factor criteria:

 

1.      Quality of Candidate Evaluation provided.

2.      Quality of Candidates recommended

3.      Response time taken

4.      Detail and accuracy of information provided

5.      Clarity and effectiveness of communication

6.      Level of professionalism

7.      Assignment Completion time taken

8.      Service fee charged versus Value Added (ROI)

9.      Overall Service-level Rating

 

Ratings:

 

Excellent = Meets or exceeds expectations

Good = Satisfactory but improvements can be made

Average = Falls short of expectations and provides poor ROI.

 

Clients will be provided with the above form for evaluation of service-level efficiency

and Masterminds shall review all evaluations received closely and objectively.
