As a professional organization engaged in the search and selection of candidates to executive and senior-level positions, we deem it appropriate, in keeping with our business principles and professional conduct, to outline here that when you are registered as a candidate with Masterminds you stand to enjoy the following rights and privileges:

Professional Treatment

You may expect to be treated professionally and we shall:

4         Make a balanced candidate evaluation and judgment,

4        Respect for your time, your current position and your responsibilities to your employer.

4         We shall demonstrate a clear understanding of the position and the client’s expectations of you as a candidate to the position,

4         Conduct an arranged, organized and properly planned interview,

4         Be prepared for all appointments,

4         Demonstrate sound knowledge of the market in relation to the position,

4         If you have been considered for an opportunity, you have the right to know the progress of the assignment and Masterminds will proactively update you,

4         Similarly, if the client decides not to proceed at any stage of the assignment, you may expect a feedback on the client’s decision.

4         If you are selected by our client, you have the right to get a formal expression of interest in offering employment from the prospect company.

4         Masterminds shall not discriminate you on the grounds of nationality, religion or on ethnic background

Disclosure & Candidate Debriefing

In order to make the right decision, you need to know as much as possible about the position, its objectives and the client organization. We shall provide you with adequate information about:

4         Client’s business, products and/or services and related information,

4         The nature and requirements of the position,

4         The compensation package,

4         Location of the job and whether relocation is required,

4         The venue, time and duration of interviews,

4         The persons you will be meeting and their organizational hierarchy.

Note however that Masterminds shall not be under obligation to divulge information our clients may deem confidential either about the client and/or about the position until you reach the final round of discussions.

Privacy & Confidentiality

You are entitled to the highest level of confidentiality from us as well as from our clients. To safeguard your confidentiality, we shall:

4         Not to discuss your candidature with any client unless you have expressed your interest in an opportunity for which we have conducted an evaluation of your suitability,

4         Avoid communicating through your assistant, colleagues or anyone else in your current organization,

4         Should we need to leave any call-back message with them, we will never relate to them the subject/purpose of communication,

4         Masterminds shall not contact references provided without your prior permission,

4         Masterminds shall notify our clients not contact references provided by you without your prior permission

4         Adequately notify our clients to ensure confidentiality of your identity and data privacy.

4         Initiate other appropriate measures as deem fit to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

Candidate Evaluation & Feedback

While Masterminds’ evaluations shall remain confidential, you may expect to get a feedback whether or not you seem to fit a specific opportunity.

Avoidance of Conflicts

Please bear in mind that Masterminds do not have control over the client’s priorities and resultant communications. Should conflicts occur in communication, you should seek immediately clarification to avoid conflicts.

Communication & Feedback

The process and completion of an executive search assignment may take several months during which we shall update you proactively on the progress of the assignment, including if the client decides not to proceed with your candidacy.

Respect for Your Individuality

Masterminds respect your individuality and shall never force you to take any decisions in favor of our client or put you under pressure to accept an offer. However, should our client set forth any deadlines it shall be our responsibility to inform you of those deadlines and the implications of not making decisions prior to such deadlines.
