E Relationship Development Phase
The client agrees on the terms and conditions of service and formalizes the
relationship by entering into a Service-level Agreement.
E Assignment Development Phase
During this phase, we understand the organization, its products, services,
target markets and establish the position’s core objectives and deliverables
as well as the compensation package and outline the skills and competencies
required by the candidate, and proceed to the Research phase.
E Research & Development Phase
We prepare Client brief and position brief, publish the positions on our
website, conduct database search, search into organizations and prepare
candidates list to be interviewed.
E Prospects Development Phase
Introduce the opportunity to candidates, engage in discussions to obtain
interest, and if interested, probe into current responsibilities, achievements,
weaknesses and obtain resume.
E Candidate Evaluation & Selection Phase
We conduct detailed candidate evaluation keeping in mind our corporate
objective of adding value to our clients. We use the following evaluation
methodologies:

E Project and tasks-based evaluation

E Recommendation & Assignment Completion Phase
During this phase, we shall recommend candidates, facilitate candidate
interviews, conduct reference checks and assist (if desired) in closing the
deal.
