Please read the following terms of service as these Terms of Service shall be binding on you:

Masterminds is a professional executive search and selection services provider whose objective is to evaluate your skills and competencies as a candidate not only to take up a senior management position and discharge its responsibilities successfully but also to judge in the process whether you can add value to your client. In order for us to do so, you agree to present yourself for oral, written and/or other modes of evaluation of your skills, competencies and such other requirements as may be expected either in person, telephonically or through video conferencing at the facilities of Masterminds or at those facilities Masterminds may decide to be convenient or expedient. Evaluations can take considerable time and you may be interviewed on more than one occasion by us and/or by our clients.

You should understand that the search and selection process is time-consuming and that you will be one of the many candidates considered for the position.

Masterminds bring you our services totally free of charge. However, we offer no guarantees of successful placement and we reserve the right to withdraw our services at any stage without assigning any reason.

Masterminds expect you to be honest in your representations. Under no circumstance should you inflate your resume, misrepresent your work history or deliberately withhold vital information relevant to your career. Incomplete or inaccurate disclosures about your candidature may hinder the progress of your career prospects with Masterminds.

Your not being considered for a specific position however does not undermine your capabilities as a candidate; it only suggests that our client may be looking for a different set of skills and competencies. Your background may be unsuitable for a particular position, but you could well be suitable for and capable of taking up a different position whose requirements may measure up to your skills and experience. Therefore, it is desirable that you make yourself available for a detailed evaluation of your skills and competencies during the process of our candidate evaluation.

You are expected to be sincerely genuine about your interest (or lack of it) in an opportunity we may discuss with you. You should be flexible and make every effort to fit appoints and interviews within your schedule and ensure that you honor them.

You should educate yourself and conduct your due diligence on the organization as the final decision shall be solely yours.

Professional Relationship: Note that our relationship as a candidate to senior positions shall not be aimed at the short-term objective of filling a position with you; we shall strive to live up to the objectives of professional satisfaction on both sides through achieving common goals while keeping in mind that our services should add value to our client-organizations. Thus, even if you choose to withdraw from an assignment for professional or personal reason that is fairly justifiable, we will respect your decision provided that your withdrawal does not come to us as a surprise and bring our client and us to a dilemma. Therefore, you should offer your candidature, advance your discussions and commit yourself to any of our clients only after considering all aspects involved. Withdrawing or failing to honor your commitments after you have made them may force us not only to withdraw you as a candidate to future opportunities but also to blacklist you on our website.

 If you have not been found to fit the profile of a particular position, you may be considered for another opportunity whose requirements are a closer match to your skills and experience. As a candidate to senior-level positions, you are expected to be professional in your conduct with Masterminds as well as with our Clients.

You may note that unprofessional or indecent conduct on your part may force us to withdraw our services to you, including blacklisting you on our site and eliminating your records from our system.
